today, these fab fingerless gloves arrived from ankara, turkey, home of the amazing elde: i am in love! not that i like cold weather or anything, but these marvelous mitts will at least make it more bearable! i am eyeing a few more pairs...

chrysalis chair at neocon 2009
designer timothy luscher exhibited his stainless steel chrysalis chair at this year's neocon show in chicago. hmmm...am i seeing a trend here? reminds me of crochet crochet...which reminds me of the ball chair.

Crochet Crochet, designed by ruth fore, is actually crocheted from 3,000 feet of aluminum wire: that's almost a mile! reminds me of the ball chair.
