how to colorize your dog

i just finished watching a video on the wall street journal site about colorizing your dog (would have embedded it, but for the commercial!) i have a black labrador, so re-coloring him is not an option...mainly because he would object...and give me the stink eye...and frankly, it would be difficult to coordinate an outfit with all that color over the long term...but, people do it!..mostly in china...there is concern about the dye and the dog's skin sensitivity and the dye is poison...(how come they tell me pulling a tick is ok, because dogs have tough skin?)anywho...my guy aint going for it!

he is not really smiling: he is yawning because he is bored with me telling him how adorable he is...all day...every day...isnt he adorable?

my wonderful partner and companion had to have major surgery last night...I picked him up today: he's in a lot pain and hasn't stopped sobbing for five hours now:(

molly stolen from whole foods

i just read on channel four's website that some jerk stole molly from in front of the p street, nw whole foods market last night! i would freak out if my gorgeous baby went missing! Molly is about 60 lbs, with short, red/rust hair. She is very friendly and responds to her name.
