after eating at j & g steakhouse, driving passed the lovely us capitol, and noshing in front of the air and space museum at house o'weanies, i was once again treated to a lovely view of the washington monument: have lived here in dc for a long time and have never grown tired of its pristine architectural beauty. you should visit.

world-renowned chef jean-georges vongerichten continues his world-wind restaurant expansion with the opening of j & g steakhouse in the w hotel across the street from the white house. having eaten more than my fair share of times at jean georges in the one central park west, i cant wait to dig in dc!
