woodland tree coffee table

the jardim paulista residence by brazilian architect arthur casas is a nice modern dwelling, but what really caught my eye was that awesome slab o'tree coffee table: that is gorgeous! i just had my not-quite-as-large-or-diseased red oak cut down and i wish i had a slice as nice!

ghosts of america past

ghosts of the past: the death of small town america is palatable. makes me sad to lose the history, but what kid would want to stay here? there is nothing to do!
i truly want to rip this sign off this wall, however!
